There are loads of character to unlock in Halls of Torment, like the Exterminator. The Exterminator is a mean character who, unlike the Swordsman and the Archer, uses a flamethrower as his primary weapon. Unlocking the Exterminator can make a big difference in your gameplay and allow you to get into elemental damage types. Below we’ll discuss how to unlock the Exterminator in Halls of Torment.
Unlocking the Exterminator in Halls of Torment
Before we get started, it would be wise to make a trip over to the Shrine of Blessings and make some purchases. You should have:
- Health Regeneration
- Movement Speed
- Attack Range
With these few blessings, you will have a much easier time unlocking the Exterminator in Halls of Torment.
Now, make your way up to the Register of Halls and choose the Ember Grounds location. There are a few things you should remember here. Grouping enemies is an absolute must, as we explain in our Beginner’s Guide. The enemies here are much stronger than in the Haunted Caverns. Also, be on the lookout for healing items. Finally, you should be putting as much levels into Movement Speed and Attack Speed as you can.
Now, it’s time to unlock the Exterminator in Halls of Torment. You will have to defeat a total of 1,000 enemies in the Ember Grounds location in a single run.
This may take a couple of tries, but you’ll get the hang of it and get the Exterminator added to your camp in no time!
