You wouldn’t typically consider a doctor the best character to use in a game where you play the one who kicks the enemy butts, right? That would typically be the case, but if you use this Doctor build in Brotato, there’s not much who can get in the way between you and that Wave 20 Completion menu. Honestly, you can even use this Doctor Build for an Unlimited Run if you play your cards right. The Doctor character does well with Attack Speed and HP Regeneration, so playing on those strengths is definitely the way to go.
