Monopoly GO has loads of events for us to participate in daily, but currently, the Winter Plunge event is active. Winter Plunge requires us to land on certain tiles around the board in order to receive rewards. While it doesn’t seem too important, the grand prize for completing the event is a whole bunch of Dice Rolls that can be pretty useful, if you get tired of waiting for those silly cooldown times just to get a few more rolls. Let’s check out how the Winter Plunge event works in Monopoly GO.

To get tokens to go toward new prizes in the Winter Plunge event in Monopoly GO, you’ll need to land on Railroad tiles. Whether you end up getting a Shutdown or a Blank Heist event, it really doesn’t matter. However, you can get more tokens for completing Bank Heists with bigger heist results.

  • Shutdown Event
    • +2 Tokens if Blocked
    • +4 Tokens if Success
  • Bank Heist Event
    • +4 Tokens if Small Heist
    • +6 Tokens if Large Heist
    • +8 Tokens if Bankrupt Heist

The grand prize for fully completing the Monopoly GO Winter Plunge event is a total of 1,300 Dice Rolls. Though, that’s not all you get for completing the event. There are 30 gifts that can be collected along the way. These gifts can be any number of things, including:

  • Prize Drop Chips
  • Card Packs
  • Money
  • Dice Rolls
  • Boosts

Whether you win the big prize or not, you can still come out with some great new rewards that can help to push you ahead of all your friends. To get a bit farther ahead, it’s important to note that bigger roll multipliers give you more tokens and thus, faster gift obtaining.
